All animals treated Lupanast Animal Therapy Services require a signed referral form from your veterinary surgeon.

Your animal should not have eaten in the two hours prior to treatment.
Please ensure that your animal is reasonably clean before the appointment.
Cancellations will not incur a charge provided they are made more than 48 hours before an appointment. New appointments will be endeavoured to be made but cannot guarantee availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be expected to pay a surcharge on the next appointment.
In cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
Should your animal have an illness or contagious disease please reschedule your appointment. If your animal deteriorates or your veterinarian feels treatment should be postponed, please inform immediately.
Payment will be required at the end of every treatment by cash or card.
Where treatment is covered by insurance payment will still be required at the end of each session, you will be given a receipt and may use this to claim back the cost from your insurance company.
My obligation to you as a client:
I will endeavour to ensure all data; photographs and any conversations is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Any photographs taken will be done so with the owner’s permission and any shared to social media, permission will again be sought.
I will ensure that the safety of you and your animal is paramount.
I will abide by the code of conduct set out by my accrediting body IAAT.
